Illinois High School Soccer - Von Steuben toppled by Lane Tech
April 5, 2025: Chicago, IL 60624 Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL), 9-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Lane Tech advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Champions travel to Evanston (Evanston, IL) to clash with the Wildkits in a non-league test on Monday, April 7. The Wildkits come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Panthers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jones for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. Von Steuben will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 6-0 league win over Little Village (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
