The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Hunt Warriors (Wilson, NC) and the visiting South Central Falcons (Winterville, NC), saw Hunt's baseball team beat South Central by a margin of 12-8.

The Warriors (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Johnston (Benson, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, West Johnston held off C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC), 10-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Falcons face the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 8. South Central will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Rampants enter the battle with a 9-0 record after their 24-2 non-league win over Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC).
