New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Moorestown sneaks past Rumson-Fair Haven
April 5, 2025: Rumson, NJ 07760 Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Moorestown Quakers (Moorestown, NJ) and the host Rumson-Fair Haven Bulldogs (Rumson, NJ), witnessed Moorestown's lacrosse squad hold off Rumson-Fair Haven by a count of 9-8.
The Quakers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Cherokee (Marlton, NJ). The Chiefs enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Cherokee nipped Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ), 13-2, in a non-league test.
Next, the Bulldogs battle the Holmdel Hornets (Holmdel, NJ) in a Shore A - Central test, on Tuesday, April 8. Rumson-Fair Haven will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Hornets enter the test with a 2-1 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ).
