April 5, 2025: Shrewsbury, MA 01545 The Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA) softball routed the host Shrewsbury Colonials (Shrewsbury, MA), 15-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Golden Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Billerica Memorial for a Merrimack Valley - Conf 2 outing on Friday, April 11. Andover will encounter a Indians team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Burlington (Burlington, MA). The Indians record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Shrewsbury moves to 1-3 on the season. The Colonials travel to Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA) to encounter the Mountaineers in a Mid-Wach outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Mountaineers come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
