The Calera Eagles edged the visiting Bibb County Choctaws softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Marbury Bulldogs (Marbury, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 5. Calera will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 16-6 non-league win over Bibb County (Centreville, AL).

The Choctaws (8-19) will now prepare for their challenge against Holt (Holt, AL). The Ironmen enter the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record.
