The Winter Springs Bears softball team scored 1 runs and held the host East Ridge Knights to 0 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.

The Bears now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyman for a 5A District 6 battle on Monday, April 7. Winter Springs will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 12-11 league loss to Oviedo (Oviedo, FL). The Greyhounds record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, East Ridge moves to 15-4 on the season. The Knights travel to Horizon (Winter Garden, FL) to confront the Hawks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8.
