April 5, 2025: Millport, AL 35576 The South Lamar Stallions the visiting Fayette County Tigers softball squad by a count of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Stallions meet the Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 7. South Lamar will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Red Raiders enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 19-3 non-league win over Phillips (Bear Creek, AL).
The Tigers (6-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar County (Vernon, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 11-12 record. In their last challenge, Lamar County edged Berry (Berry, AL), 10-6, in a non-league challenge.
