Virginia High School Softball - Liberty bounces Magna Vista
April 5, 2025: Bedford, VA 24523 The Liberty Minutemen softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Magna Vista Warriors to 2 in the Minutemen non-league win on Saturday.
The Minutemen now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tunstall for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. Liberty will confront a Trojans team coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to Staunton River (Moneta, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Magna Vista moves to 4-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Lord Botetourt won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA)
