Wisconsin High School Softball - Poynette bounces Stratford
April 5, 2025: Poynette, WI 53955 The Poynette Pumas softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Stratford Tigers to 4 in the Pumas non-league win on Saturday.
The Pumas now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, April 7. Poynette will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Reedsburg (Reedsburg, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Stratford moves to 3-2 on the season. The Tigers host St. Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac, WI) to confront the Ledgers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. The Ledgers come into the battle with a record of 2-0.
