The Pender Patriots soccer team (Burgaw, NC), was overwhelmed 10-1 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC)

With the win, South Columbus advances its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC) to battle the Vikings in a Waccamaw 1A/2A outing on Monday, April 11. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 0-8. West Columbus lost 10-1 in their recent league outing against Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC)

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A outing, on Monday, April 11. Pender will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record.
