In Thursday's league challenge, the Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) baseball squad edged the visiting Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA), by a final score of 8-7.

With the win, Canon-McMillan upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Big Macs host Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA) to encounter the Knights in a WPIAL 6A 2 challenge on Monday, April 10. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Norwin won 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA)

With the defeat, Mt. Lebanon falls to 0-7 on the season. The Blue devils host Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA) to encounter the Vikings in a WPIAL 6A 2 challenge on Monday, April 10.
