April 6, 2023: Toccoa, GA 30577 The Chestatee War Eagles baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Stephens County Indians to 4 in the War Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The War Eagles (12-11) will now prepare for their match against Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 14-9 record. In their last match, Flowery Branch tipped Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA), 12-4, in a non-league match.
The Indians (12-10) will now prepare for their match against Hart County (Hartwell, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Area 8 match with a 5-18 record. In their last match, Hart County tipped Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA), 10-6, in a non-league match.
