The Currituck County Knights the host Holmes Aces baseball team by a count of 7-3 in Thursday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Eastern Christian HomeSchool for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. Currituck County will clash with a Trailblazers team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Columbia (Columbia, NC). The Trailblazers record now stands at 10-3.

The Aces (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Jefferson Forest was overwhelmed by Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA), 4-3, in a league game.
