New York High School Lacrosse - Pelham Memorial drops to John Jay
April 6, 2023: Pelham, NY 10803 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting John Jay Wolves lacrosse squad scored a good 16-5 victory over the Pelham Memorial Pelicans.
The Wolves now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shenendehowa for a non-league test on Saturday, April 8. John Jay will face a Plainsmen squad coming off a 18-2 league win over Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Pelicans face the Yorktown Huskers (Yorktown Heights, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 8. Pelham Memorial will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Huskers come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 13-8 non-league win over Ursuline (New Rochelle, NY).
