North Carolina High School Softball - East Rutherford can't get by Southern Alamance
April 6, 2023: Graham, NC 27253 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) softball team held off the visiting East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC), by a margin of 2-1.
With the triumph, Southern Alamance moves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Northern Durham (Durham, NC) to play the Knights in a DAC-VII 4A contest on Monday, April 10. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 4-4.
In their next game, the Cavaliers play the Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 17. East Rutherford will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record.
