April 6, 2023: Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417 The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the visiting Wayne Hills Patriots (Wayne, NJ), saw Ramapo's softball squad achieve victory over Wayne Hills by a count of 13-0.
The Raiders now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Immaculate Heart Academy for a non-league match on Monday, April 10. Ramapo will face a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over St. Anthony's (Melville, NY). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Wayne Hills falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ) to face the Lancers in a Big North match on Monday, April 10. The Lancers enter the match with a record of 0-1. Lakeland Regional lost 17-1 in their recent non-league match against Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ)
