April 6, 2024: Tuscola, IL 61953 The Eastland Cougars baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Tuscola Warriors to 6 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Forreston (Forreston, IL). The Cardinals go into the Northwest Upstate Illini - East match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Forreston edged Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn (Roanoke, IL), 14-6, in a non-league match.
The Warriors (2-11) will now prepare for their match against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Rantoul was overwhelmed by Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL), 10-0, in a league match.
