Illinois High School Baseball - St. Francis can't hold off Metea Valley
April 6, 2024: Aurora, IL 60502 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Metea Valley Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the St. Francis Spartans.
The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their game against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs go into the DuPage Valley game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, DeKalb tipped Kaneland (Maple Park, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (6-2) will now prepare for their game against DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, DePaul College Prep tipped McDowell (Erie, PA), 15-5, in a non-league game.
