April 6, 2024: Mason, OH 45040 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) and the host Mason Comets (Mason, OH), saw Anthony Wayne's softball squad nip Mason by a count of 9-7.
The Generals now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ross for a Northern Lakes match on Tuesday, April 9. Anthony Wayne will face a Little Giants squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Bellevue (Bellevue, OH). The Little Giants record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Mason falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Centerville (Centerville, OH) to face the Elks in a non-league match on Friday, April 12. The Elks enter the match with a record of 8-0. Centerville won 3-2 in their recent league match against Miamisburg (Miamisburg, OH)
