April 6, 2024: Rochester, IL 62563 Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Rochester Rockets (Rochester, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Saints now own a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pleasant Hill for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. Bloomington Central Catholic will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Pekin (Pekin, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Rochester falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Rockets host Dunlap (Dunlap, IL) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 7-1.
