Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN), 15-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Cadets now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Vigo for a non-league test on Saturday, April 6. Cascade will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 12-10 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.

The Artesians (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Evansville Reitz was routed by Cascade (Clayton, IN), 5-3, in a non-league test.
