April 6, 2024: Kingsport, TN 37664 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) and the visiting Greenbrier Bobcats (Greenbrier, TN), witnessed Dobyns-Bennett's softball squad tip Greenbrier by a count of 5-1.
The Indians now sport a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Halls for a non-league match on Saturday, April 6. Dobyns-Bennett will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cookeville (Cookeville, TN). The Red Devils record now stands at 16-3.
With the loss, Greenbrier moves to 7-12 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Richlands (Richlands, VA) to face the Blue Tornado in a non-league match on Saturday, April 6. The Blue Tornado go into the match with a record of 5-2. Richlands won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Unicoi County (Erwin, TN)
