April 6, 2024: Slidell, LA 70458 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA) and the visiting Fisher Gators (Lafitte, LA), saw Slidell's softball squad achieve victory over Fisher by a count of 17-0.
The Tigers now sport a 25-6 record. They take the field next when they host Destrehan for a non-league match on Monday, April 8. Slidell will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Cabrini (New Orleans, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 23-7.
With the loss, Fisher falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Gators travel to South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 9. The Gators enter the match with a record of 9-15. South Terrebonne lost 7-2 in their recent non-league match against Houma Christian (Houma, LA)
