April 6, 2024: West Milford, NJ 07480 The West Milford Highlanders routed the visiting Montville Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 12-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Highlanders (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Cutters go into the Big North - Independence battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Fair Lawn was routed by Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sparta for a NJAC - American battle on Monday, April 8. Montville will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
