Tennessee High School Softball - Lawrence County bounces Loretto

The Lawrence County Wildcats softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Loretto Mustangs to 3 in the Wildcats non-league win on Monday.

The Wildcats now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Giles County for a 3A District 12 battle on Tuesday, April 7. Lawrence County will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to West Limestone (Lester, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-6.

With the loss, Loretto moves to 2-9 on the season. The Mustangs host Summertown (Summertown, TN) to confront the Eagles in a 2A District 9 battle on Thursday, April 9. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 12-4.
