West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Canton C-Hawks (Canton, SD), 15-0 in a non-league game.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their game against McCook Central (Salem, SD). The Cougars go into the B Region III - North game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, McCook Central overcame Tea (Tea, SD), 11-5, in a non-league game.
The C-Hawks (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Lennox (Lennox, SD). The Orioles go into the B Region III - South game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Lennox overcame Tea (Tea, SD), 10-0, in a league game.
