Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO), 12-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Pueblo County upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO) to battle the Bulldogs in a 4A/5A South Central test on Tuesday, April 11. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 8-4. Pueblo Centennial won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO)

With the defeat, Discovery Canyon falls to 5-3 on the season. The Thunder travel to The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO) to battle the Titans in a non-league test on Saturday, April 8. The Titans come into the test with a record of 5-2. The Classical Academy won 14-13 in their recent non-league test against Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO)
