The East Central Trojans the visiting Jennings County Panthers baseball team by a count of 4-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Batesville for a Eastern Indiana bout on Monday, April 10. East Central will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.

Next, the Panthers face the Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 8. Jennings County will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Hatchets enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN).
