Kentucky High School Baseball - Fairport prevails Pleasure Ridge Park
April 7, 2023: Louisville, KY 40258 Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY), 10-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Fairport upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Red Raiders host Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY) to battle the Warriors in a Section 5 Monroe County I test on Wednesday, April 12. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 3-0. Webster Schroeder won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Greece Athena (Rochester, NY)
With the defeat, Pleasure Ridge Park falls to 10-1 on the season. The Panthers host DuPont Manual (Louisville, KY) to battle the Crimsons in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The Crimsons come into the test with a record of 12-2. DuPont Manual won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against South Laurel (London, KY)
