Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Mechanicsburg Indians (Mechanicsburg, OH) and the host Berne Union Rockets (Sugar Grove, OH), witnessed Mechanicsburg's softball squad prevail over Berne Union by a count of 15-0.

The Indians now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Greenon for a non-league match on Monday, April 10. Mechanicsburg will meet a Knights squad coming off a 18-3 non-league loss to Graham Local (St. Paris, OH). The Knights record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Berne Union moves to 6-4 on the season. The Rockets travel to Miller (Corning, OH) to meet the Falcons in a Mid-State - Cardinal match on Monday, April 10. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 1-3.
