April 7, 2023: Nocona, TX 76255 The Nocona Indians softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Lindsay Knights to 11 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Nocona improves its record to 9-7 on the year. The Indians host Collinsville (Collinsville, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a 2A Region II District 10 game on Monday, April 10. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 11-7. Collinsville won 4-1 in their recent league game against Alvord (Alvord, TX)
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Alvord Bulldogs (Alvord, TX) in a 2A Region II District 10 game, on Tuesday, April 11. Lindsay will attempt to improve on its 9-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 8-20 record after their 4-1 league loss to Collinsville (Collinsville, TX).
