New York High School Softball - Voorheesville loses to Watertown
April 7, 2024: Voorheesville, NY 12186 The Watertown Cyclones softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Voorheesville Blackbirds to 3 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Sunday.
With the triumph, Watertown improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Cyclones travel to General Brown (Dexter, NY) to clash with the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, April 12. The Lions come into the game with a record of 2-2. General Brown lost 4-3 in their recent league game against Lowville (Lowville, NY)
In their next game, the Blackbirds clash with the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial game, on Tuesday, April 9. Voorheesville will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
