New Mexico High School Baseball - Raton defeats Cimarron
April 7, 2025: Raton, NM 87740 The Raton Tigers baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Cimarron Rams to 7 in the Tigers non-league win on Monday.
The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Estancia for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. Raton will clash with a Bears team coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Bears record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Cimarron drops to 0-1 on the year. The Rams travel to Logan (Logan, NM) to clash with the Longhorns in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Longhorns go into the test with a record of 1-0. Logan won 16-3 in their recent non-league test against Clayton (Clayton, NM)
