The Charlotte Catholic Cougars lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the host Ardrey Kell Knights to 12 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host South Mecklenburg for a Southwestern/So Meck challenge on Wednesday, April 9. Charlotte Catholic will clash with a Sabres squad coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Sabres record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Ardrey Kell falls to 11-4 on the year. The Knights host Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Mustangs in a Southwestern/So Meck challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Myers Park lost 15-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)
