April 7, 2025: Purdy, MO 65734 The Purdy Eagles overwhelmed the visiting Sarcoxie Bears softball squad by a count of 8-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Crane Pirates (Crane, MO) in a Class 1 District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, April 8. Purdy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
The Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Ash Grove held off Southwest (Washburn, MO), 15-0, in a non-league challenge.
