With the triumph, Angleton moves its record to 15-11 on the season. The Wildcats host Brazosport Christian (Lake Jackson, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 9. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 15-8. Brazosport Christian lost 15-7 in their recent non-league contest against Bo Porter Academy (Rosharon, TX)

The Indians now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iowa Colony for a 5A Region III District 20 contest on Friday, April 10. Santa Fe will confront a Pioneers squad coming off a 6-3 league win over Ball (Galveston, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 19-7.
