Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Harriton Rams (Rosemont, PA), 3-1 in a league match.

With the triumph, Springfield advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Cougars host Conestoga (Berwyn, PA) to battle the Pioneers in a Central match on Wednesday, April 8. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 2-4. Conestoga lost 4-3 in their recent non-league match against North Penn (Lansdale, PA)

The Rams now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridley for a Central contest on Wednesday, April 15.
