The Newcastle Racers (Newcastle, OK) baseball trounced the visiting MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK), 9-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Racers now own a 19-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calumet for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 10. Newcastle will clash with a Chieftains team coming off a 10-5 non-league loss to Cashion (Cashion, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, MacArthur drops to 15-6 on the year. The Highlanders host Marlow (Marlow, OK) to clash with the Outlaws in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 9. The Outlaws go into the challenge with a record of 16-2. Marlow won 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Lexington (Lexington, OK)
