In Thursday's league contest, the Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN), by a margin of 16-6.

With the triumph, Ripley moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Peabody (Trenton, TN) to play the Golden Tide in a non-league contest on Monday, April 12. The Golden Tide come into the contest with a record of 2-2.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Collierville Dragons (Collierville, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 12. Millington Central will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record.
