Mississippi High School Baseball - Kemper County loses to East Webster
April 8, 2022: DeKalb, MS 39328 The East Webster Wolverines crushed the host Kemper County Wildcats baseball team by a count of 16-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they host Amory for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 9. East Webster will face a Panthers team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Saltillo (Saltillo, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 8-3.
Next, the Wildcats face the Northeast Lauderdale Trojans (Meridian, MS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 12. Kemper County will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 5-7 record after their 21-9 league win over Leake Central (Carthage, MS).
