Barbe Buccaneers (Lake Charles, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Anacoco Indians (Anacoco, LA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Buccaneers now sport a 21-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sulphur for a 5A District 3 challenge on Monday, April 11. Barbe will meet a Golden Tors squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Comeaux (Lafayette, LA). The Golden Tors record now stands at 7-4.
