April 8, 2023: Castle Rock, CO 80109 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) and the host Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO), saw Cherokee Trail's volleyball squad beat Castle View by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Cherokee Trail upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Thunder in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Discovery Canyon won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO)
The Sabercats now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Highlands Ranch for a bout on Tuesday, April 11. Castle View will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 10-1.
