New York High School Lacrosse - West Islip gets by Farmingdale
April 8, 2023: West Islip, NY 11795 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the West Islip Lions (West Islip, NY) and the visiting Farmingdale Dalers (Farmingdale, NY), saw West Islip's lacrosse team nudge Farmingdale by a margin of 6-5.
The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Sinai (Mount Sinai, NY). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Mount Sinai edged Smithtown West (Smithtown, NY), 10-5, in a non-league challenge.
The Dalers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Jesuits enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Fairfield Prep edged Wilton (Wilton, CT), 14-5, in a non-league challenge.
