Nolensville (Nolensville, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host DeKalb County Tigers (Smithville, TN), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The now own a 19-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. Nolensville will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Brentwood (Brentwood, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 17-3.

With the loss, DeKalb County falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN) to battle the Wildcats in a 3A District 7 challenge on Monday, April 10.
