Texas High School Softball - Kingwood bounces King
April 8, 2023: Kingwood, TX 77339 The Kingwood Mustangs routed the visiting King Panthers softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Saturday's league battle.
The Mustangs (23-6) will now prepare for their battle against Summer Creek (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region III District 21 battle with a 20-8 record.
The Panthers now sport a 19-10 record. They play next when they host Beaumont United for a 6A Region III District 21 battle on Tuesday, April 11. King will meet a Timberwolves squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Atascocita (Humble, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 0-13.
