Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Mardela Warriors (Mardela Springs, MD) and the visiting Northern Patriots (Owings, MD), witnessed Mardela's softball squad tip Northern by a count of 6-2.

The Warriors now sport a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to North East for a non-league match on Saturday, April 8. Mardela will meet a Indians squad coming off a 11-4 league loss to Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD). The Indians record now stands at 4-3.
