April 8, 2024: Portales, NM 88130 Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Portales Rams (Portales, NM), 10-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Clovis upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM) to battle the Cavemen in a non-league test on Thursday, April 18. The Cavemen come into the test with a record of 15-3.
With the defeat, Portales falls to 8-4 on the season. The Rams host West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM) to battle the Dons in a non-league test on Thursday, April 11. The Dons come into the test with a record of 2-4. West Las Vegas won 21-8 in their recent non-league test against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM)
