New York High School Lacrosse - Archbishop Stepinac drops to Warwick
April 8, 2024: Warwick, NY 10990 In Monday's non-league test, the host Warwick Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-7 victory over the Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders.
The Wildcats now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kingston for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 10. Warwick will face a Tigers squad coming off a 16-7 non-league win over Rondout Valley (Accord, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) in a Catholic - Island test, on Thursday, April 11. Archbishop Stepinac will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Gaels come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY).
