The Spartans now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Owatonna for a Big 9 challenge on Thursday, April 10. Mayo will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 15-9 league win over Austin (Austin, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.
The Wingers (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Faribault (Faribault, MN). The Falcons enter the Big 9 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Faribault was overwhelmed by Mankato West (Mankato, MN), 6-0, in a league outing.
