Florida High School Flag Football - Ocoee tops Wekiva
April 8, 2025: Apopka, FL 32703 The Ocoee Knights flag football squad scored 25 points and limited the host Wekiva Mustangs to 6 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Apopka for a 4A D3 test on Wednesday, April 9. Ocoee will meet a Blue Darters squad coming off a 25-6 non-league win over Mainland (Daytona Beach, FL). The Blue Darters record now stands at 10-1.
With the defeat, Wekiva drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Colonial (Orlando, FL) to meet the Grenadiers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Grenadiers come into the test with a record of 6-5. Colonial won 13-12 in their recent non-league test against Olympia (Orlando, FL)
